Agent Oracle help & support
Whether a session went sideways, a charge looks wrong, or an article got a number wrong, everything here reaches the same small team. Start with the quick answers — most issues are solved before you need to write to us.
Quick answers
The session's diagnosis missed my situation▾
Answer the next question with the constraint it missed — budget, headcount, contract length, whatever it assumed away. The model re-weights each turn and will abandon a hypothesis when you contradict it. If it still will not let go after two turns, restart with the constraint stated up front; that is usually faster than arguing with it.
It keeps asking questions instead of concluding▾
That means confidence never crossed the threshold, almost always because two answers pointed in opposite directions. Say "conclude with what you have" and it will commit and tell you what it is uncertain about.
Can I use output from a session in a board or investor document?▾
Yes, but treat it as analysis to check rather than a source to cite. Nothing generated in a session is verified advice — verify any figure against your own numbers first, and read our editorial and AI methodology pages for what is and is not reviewed.
I ran out of turns mid-session▾
Turn allowances refill on your plan's cycle, and your session transcript is kept — reopen it from your profile and continue once it refills, or upgrade from the plans page to continue immediately.
Contact us page
The fastest route. Send us your name, email and question — we reply by email.
Open the contact form →The help bubble
The floating bubble in the bottom corner of any page opens chat, accessibility settings and support without losing your place.
Create a support ticket
Billing, account or bug reports: start your message with “Ticket:” and a tracked support ticket is opened for you.

- The email on your account — never send us your password.
- A link to the session or article, and roughly when it happened.
- What you expected the diagnosis to consider versus what it did.
- Device and browser, e.g. "MacBook, Chrome" — plus a screenshot if the interface misbehaved.
Sessions and turn limits
Each diagnostic session runs as a one-question-at-a-time interview. Turns are counted per exchange and shown in your profile. Unfinished sessions are saved automatically and can be resumed from where you stopped.
Accounts and sign-in
One sign-in covers your history, saved sessions and subscription. If a reset email does not arrive, check spam and confirm you are using the address you originally signed up with; if it still fails, write to us and we will check the account by hand.
Billing, plans and refunds
Plans, top-ups and cancellation all live in your profile. For a charge you do not recognise, open a ticket with the date and amount and we will trace it against our records.
Reporting an error in an article
Send the article link and the specific claim. Numbers, dates and pricing figures get priority — those are the ones that cause real damage if they are wrong.
Accessibility
The help bubble carries text sizing, contrast, dyslexia-friendly type, a reading guide and read-aloud. Accessibility reports jump the queue ahead of everything except billing failures.
Privacy and your data
Export or delete your data yourself from the "Request my data" tab in your profile. Session transcripts are included in the export.

Getting unstuck with Agent Oracle
Start with the shape of your question
Most unsatisfying sessions start with a question that is really three questions wearing a coat. 'How do I grow faster' contains a pricing question, a pipeline question and a capacity question, and the answer to each contradicts the others. Say what changed and over what period, and the diagnosis gets sharper immediately.
If you do not know which of the three you are in, say that too. The chat is designed to triage rather than assume, and the opening exchange is usually spent narrowing before anything is asserted.
Accounts, turns and history
Every visitor gets a small number of demo turns with no signup so you can judge the quality before committing anything. A free account keeps your sessions, unlocks history and puts you on the leaderboard; paid tiers raise the daily turn allowance and unlock longer working sessions.
Sessions are private to your account. You can delete any individual session from the history page, and the data-request tab in your profile exports or erases everything we hold without you needing to email anyone.
When something is broken
For a page that will not load, try a hard refresh first — the site ships as an installable app and an old cached bundle is the single most common cause of a blank screen. If it persists, the contact page routes technical reports straight to the maintainer with the URL and browser attached.
For a factual problem in an article, use the correction link on the article itself rather than the general contact form. It attaches the passage you are disputing, which is the difference between a fix in a day and a fix in a fortnight.
Billing, refunds and cancellation
Plans are monthly or yearly and cancel from the account page without an email exchange or a retention call. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you already paid for.
Refund handling is written out in full on the refund policy page rather than decided case by case in support replies. If a charge looks wrong, send the transaction reference and the date; billing questions are answered by a person, not the assistant.
